Dancing is great exercise, and our studios offer a pleasant, fun atmosphere in which to learn. It can improve your cardiovascular system while increasing muscle tone.  Also, burning those extra calories is just an added bonus! Another great benefit is it can increase flexibility and strength along with balance which is so important as we age.  Olympic athletes often use dance as part of their training to sharpen their control, agility, and speed.


Our group lessons and activities are the perfect way to meet new people.  For couples or singles our studio provides group lessons, practice dance parties and nights out on the town.  It’s a great way to practice the new skills you are learning in a low pressure, fun environment. We also participate in regional and national competitions for those who are more inclined to take their skills to a higher level.


Dancing has the effect of improving your entire mental outlook and can produce a fresh sense of creativity and motivation!  Often dancers develop an aura of self-confidence and an ability to enjoy themselves more in social situations which can extend to other aspects of life as well.
